Allium 'Gladiator'

A tall allium standing 1m or more with bold purple heads and one of the earliest to flower. An Allium macleanii x A. aflatunense cross - the shiny green foliage shows its close affinity with A. macleanii. Also attractive as they go to seed, the dried flower heads provide an airy look in the early Summer garden.
