These heirloom potatoes were growing in NZ long before commercial varieties were introduced here. They are hardy and reliable, even if their irregular shapes and sizes mean they will never be more widely adopted. An obvious High Health candidate: 'seed' is easily saved and passed on, which is how we received ours, from a neighbour's garden.
