Harvesting of buds starts from early December and goes through through to mid-summer, the season being extended because of our specific selection of cultivars. Picking is, naturally, done daily, in the early morning just as the next bud on the scape starts to colour up & expand. Surprisingly sweet, their flavour varies subtly from colour to colour.
Slice them as per zucchini flower for a mixed salad edition or use them in a stirfry.
